Triglycerides – It’s a form of natural fat in tissues. It is not directly developed from the food that one eats but it is an ester formed from molecule of glycerol and fatty acids from food particles. It is known as triglycerides and can have adverse effect on body if exceeds the level . Food high on calorie level increases the triglycerides level.
