But eventually it is you who has to take care of yourself else we all know the consequences of how repelling can be biological functions against chemical treatments.

To start with, drinking full 8 glasses of water everyday would do lots of help. Then comes to observe your eating habits. Have you bee eating more fat and high salty diet over fiber and essential nutrients.

Replace one meal with fruit and vegetable salad. In order to help body get rid of excess fat, eat fat burning foods. As simple as that.

Tomatoes, grapes, apples, cucumber, pumpkin are all fat burning foods. Pomegranate and mangoes deserve a special mention for the vitamins and minerals that they additionally provide than being just fat burning foods.
