Weight Loss Regime
Excessive weight gain leads to condition of obesity which is a disease. There are many reasons for weight gain/Obesity. Some people undergo hormonal treatments which lead to increased body weight and some have an unhealthy life-style to blame. Before starting weight loss regime (in reference to those under some medication) must consult their physician. Whatever be the cause of weight gain there is always a solution.
Before we talk about various remedies for weight loss it must be noted that a positive attitude helps you in losing weight. Depression and feeling of low lead to worsening of the high weight conditions.
Also, weight loss cannot occur overnight. Therefore keep yourself motivated towards desire to lead a healthy life-style. Read good books and enjoy yourself.
The fat burning properties of apple cider vinegar have been very popular. It is due to the presence of acetic acid. Drinking 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water empty stomach every morning would just do the job. Drink it on for over 30 days and see visible results. Take Indian plum leaves and soak them in water overnight. Drink it the next morning empty stomach. Another empty stomach morning remedy is eating of 2 tomatoes. It also acts as natural fat burner of the body.
Drink on green tea with your meals. Keep it high on saturated carbohydrates like salads and fruits. Instead of rice consume wheat, preferably bran preparations. They will provide body with optimal amounts of fiber and also gives relief in bowel disorders. None of these remedies will work if you do not regulate your unhealthy eating habits.
It is not about getting slim. It is about getting healthy. Have regular sleep and commit yourself to drink water up to atleast 2 liters everyday. Choose an exercise regime that suits you. Pick up some activity that will keep you interested for long, like dance classes, swimming sessions, etc. Importantly, quit drinking excessively.
