Weak Eyes Seek Care
We all have noticed that weak eyes are a common problem these days. Even small kids are seen wearing spectacles. What is the reason? What is lacking? The answer would be –CARE.
Eyes are the most important organs of our body. With increased usage of technology like computer, television, decreased sleep, disturbed meal cycles, the resultant weak eyes are but obvious. So what next?
Either take care or be prepared for more trouble. The weakness of the eyes is directly related to some form of nutritional deficiency.
For example, the deficiency of Vitamin A will lead to night blindness. Also, deficiency of iron and potassium would decrease eyesight. So make sure you take healthy well balanced diets on daily basis.
If that is not completely possible, you may consume standard mixed fruit juices. They are body ready and get absorbed in body to provide instant vitamins and minerals. You may also take supplementation for multi-vitamins and minerals. The additional advantage will prevent you from any further deficiency diseases. Take undisturbed sleep of 6 to 8 hours every day.
If you work at nights, cover up during day. But sleeping in shifts of 4 hours in night and 3 hours in day will not do any help. The point is to have a continuous sleep of at least 6 hours. Usage some eye-tonic.
You may take any good over the counter eye-tonic if your eyes get tired easily. Refreshing eye drops can also be used frequently to keep eyes relaxed. This is especially necessary for people you work for hours together on computers. As a home remedy, you can put pure rose water in eyes.
It completely cleanses the eyes and provides relaxation. After your days work, simply dip cotton balls in cold rose water, cucumber juice and put for 5-10 mins on eyes and relax. Cold potato and cucumber peels can also be used.
