Ways To Improve Eye Sight
Like we exercise for our body, eyes too need exercise. Eyes also get tired and stressed when we work for long. Some simple and regular exercises done for the eyes can be very much beneficial for us.
The first step is to make your visual concentration strong. Focus your sight on the nose and hold it without blinking. Everybody knows that there is a third eye area between the two eyebrows.
Focus your sight there without blinking the eyes. It would be difficult initially but after some days it would become easy. In the same manner focus your eyes on each shoulder turn by turn. These three focus areas can help you make your concentration power stronger.
Always get your eyes checked by the doctor at least one in a year. This would help you to trace out any disease of the eye because some diseases attack the eyes silently without any symptoms.
Excess of sunlight can affect your eyes and can cause cataract. So, whenever you go out in the sun wear sunglasses and a hat to protect your eyes. Whenever you return from outside like office or from playing, do wash your hands and then your eyes. This would help to remove the dirt from the eyes and keep them healthy.
Never stress your eyes for long. Whenever you are working on the computer or watching television for long, give some rest to your eyes in between. Close your eyes and place both palms on your eyes for few seconds.
Taking a healthy diet can also help to keep your eyes sight perfect. Spinach is said to be good for overall health and eyes too. It contains vitamin A and C fiber, magnesium and any more nutrients. Carrot is equally important ad they contain vitamin A, which is very good for eyesight. All the fruits are good for health but apple and grapes are very good in improving the eyesight.
Honey is also very good for eyes. Mix honey with carrot juices and drink it. Drinking it regularly improves the eyesight and also is a good cure for watery eyes.
