Vitamins help in weight loss. This is what has been proven after long studies. These vitamins can be included as part of meals or taken as supplements in form of gelatin capsules and liquid dosage.

Pyridosine or Vitamin B6 is required for metabolism of thyroid hormone. Imbalance of this hormone causes weight gain. Vitamin B6 also regulates the production of this hormone. It can be obtained from wheat bran, brewer’s yeast, dried fruit, molasses, eggs, avocadoes, brown rice, sardines, mackerel and beef.
Another vitamin from B complex family which helps in weight loss is vitamin B2. It is also called riboflavin. It also helps in regulation of thyroid hormone. Riboflavin can be obtained from hard cheese, eggs, marmite, green leafy vegetables, almonds and milk.
Niacin or Vitamin B3 is found in a variety of substances. Natural sources include oats, salmon, wheatflakes, dried nuts, brown rice, tune, turkey, meat, chicken and liver.The last vitamin helping in weight loss is Pantothenic acid. It works with vitamin B5 to utilize fat. Natural sources include molasses, barley and beans.
