Vitamin Oils For Winters

Everyone knows about the necessity of vitamins for looking beautiful. But today we talk about vitamin oils that are used exclusively in beauty treatments. Talking of Vitamin E oil, for instance; when you are preparing homemade cream, Vitamin E oil can be used as preservative oil in concentration of 0.2% for a temporary period.

It must be remembered though, that it is not preservative oil. It simply keeps the product fresh. It is a very oily oil therefore use carefully if you have an oily skin. It is one of the most popular ingredients in skin care preparations. It’s great for hair and skin; both.

Vitamin A is used to treat all form of skin infections. The oil provides remedy for skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema and acne. These can be easily obtained by eating fish and liver. Both Vitamin A as well as Vitamin E is effective against wrinkles.

Sweet almond oil provides incredible skin nourishment in winters. The oil is too strong to be used during summers. Just a drop of sweet almond oil, rubbed between hands and applied to face by patting provides amazing results.

It reduces lines, especially at the corners of the eyes and lips. Jojoba oil and Borage oil are other well known oils when it comes to skin care. These oils are essential ingredients for almost any moisturizing lotion in winters. Creams during winters are often oil based.

Jojoba oil can be used as it is at on skin as a night moisturizer. It even conditions lips and body skin. Jojoba oil is therefore in huge demand by lip cosmetic producers.

Borage oil provides body with not just vitamins but also essential fats. It is all sorts of good things to your skin and hair. Some people follow supplementation of Borage oil to seek relief from impotence (men), PMS symptoms, breast tenderness and high blood pressure.
