Various Seasonal Diseases
As the season changes, it brings many changes with it and also some infections and diseases.
In summer season one can suffer from dehydration. It can occur in adults and children both. Water is lost from the body in the form of urine and sweat. During summers the loss of water by sweating is at its peak. Loss of water content leads to dehydration. So it’s important to maintain the level of water in the body. To avoid this one should drink at least 1 glass of water every hour.
During summer the sunrays are so strong that they can make the skin burn. Black patchy skin is the worst thing that may occur during the summers. This is called sunburn. We should apply good sunscreen lotion while going out in sun on the exposed area.
Various other skin problems occur in people with dry and sensitive skins. Rashes may appear on the skin.
As the winter approaches, it brings new diseases and infections with it. Running nose, sore throat and fever are the common scenes. Respiratory disorders are also commonly seen in every age group. Nose gets blocked and causes congestion. In infants the respiratory disorder in winters can lead to pneumonia. Many people can develop vomiting and diarrhoea during late winter or starting of spring season.
As the rainy season arrives every body feels good. But with the rains the water get collected anywhere and this is the place where the microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, fungi and many more take birth. V
arious diseases like dengue and malaria occur. So it’s necessary to keep your surrounding clean. Don’t let water to accumulate anywhere in or outside your home. We must wash hands properly to avoid any germs from entering the body. Eat freshly cooked food and keep the things covered.
Keeping little things in mind can definitely save us from falling sick due to seasonal influences.
