Treating Under Eye Bags
Your looks can make you look younger or older than your actual age. One such thing that affects your looks can be under eye bags. This condition is caused when fluid and fat start collecting in the areas where there is loose skin, one such area being the under eyes.
This problem can also arise due to some vitamin deficiency, improper diet, over exposure to sunlight, some kind of allergies, smoking, hereditary factors, stress, lack of proper sleep or some medical disorders like kidney ailments.
Sometimes natural aging process may also lead to the development of under eye bags. When one grows older, the skin under the eyes begins to get loose and also becomes elastic. Then the fluids and fat begin to build up and start drooping and form puffy pillows under the eyes.
Treating Under Eye Bags
These eye bags can be removed by surgery. Doctors take out the excess of fat from under the skin and also tighten that particular area. There are various procedures available with the doctors but these can be heavy on some pockets.
A simple home remedy can be to put something very cold on and under the eyes. Cucumber slices are said to very affective and also give soothing effects to your eyes along with reducing the swelling. This is very effective but a temporary solution to the condition.
Tea is also said to effective in such condition. Soak two tea bags in ice-cold water and put them under your eyes. This can also help and should be done every morning.
Many eye firming creams and gels are available in the market. Remember to choose a cream that has vitamin C and ingredients that lighten the skin color. Apply the cream with the ring finger as it gives less pressure to the area as compared to the other fingers. Make gentle movements. Many other options are also there in cosmetics to hide these under eye bags.
Some people can have this problem due to lack of sleep. So remember to take full and tight sleep. Do not over work on computers or watch television for longer periods at a stretch and take some rest in between.
