Mix 6 tbsp of gooseberry powder with 3 tbsp of henna. Add 1 tbsp of clarified butter to this mixture and let it develop overnight in a steel glass or container. Apply for 2 hours and then wash hair with lukewarm water. This will boost growth of new hair.
Grind 8 almonds to produce a fine powder. Mix with clarified butter to make a mixture of smooth consistency. Apply to the roots of the hair using a cotton ball. Keep overnight and wash in morning.

Alternative Ways
No matter what type of a hair style you are having, turn your hair upside down and comb them in opposite direction i.e. comb your hair from the back to the forward. This will give an instant bounce to your hair and they will appear more in volume.
The trick works best for people who have had a layered cutting or something similar to that. If you have oiled your hair then this trick will not work.
Make use of hair extensions. Hair extensions are the most convenient way of increasing the volume and length of the hair. Ready-to-use hair extensions come with small clips at their end.
You simply need to divide your hair in small sections and clip these extensions to the hair. Add curls to your hair. Large curls make the hair look heavier.
If you have short hair then goes for deep curls, starting from the roots. In case of long hair, divide hair in more number of sections and have wavy curls.
Things to Remember
Do not use hair accessories like clips and bands that hold the hair too tightly. Do not use too many chemicals on your hair. It effects the growth and the volume of the hair. Do not comb your hair when they are wet.
If your hairs are already thin do not go for hair re-bonding treatment. Tie a braid while you sleep. Sleeping with open hair tend to cause breakage.
