A good meal will have some starters, a main meal, dessert and something to drink throughout. An interesting menu plan can be created using the following aphrodisiac foods.
In fruits, you have choice of bananas, strawberries, figs and water melon. The enzyme bromelain present in banana is known to boost performance of male during intercourse.
