Preventing hair loss is the first step for hair loss. There are several remedies for hair loss but before we detail them, there are certain rules about hair care that must never be broken.

You may wrap your hair if you want for extra advantages. Wash off with water only. Do not use shampoo. Also, if your hair is dirty then wash them before trying on this remedy.
Mix together 2 egg yolks and 2 tbsp of honey. Apply in into the scalp for 2 hours or until the egg seems to become dry enough. Wash off with a mild shampoo.
In case you are able to see clear patches of your scalp due to hair loss then rub onions into this area until it is red. Then, apply optimal amount of honey and let it work for 30 minutes.
Washing hair with cold water, curd, amla and shikaki mixture are a few easy remedies for hair loss. Massage the scalp with castor oil and leave it overnight. Wash in morning with a mild and fragrant shampoo. Repeat this remedy after every 7 days.
Eating a nutritious diet rich in protein, vitamin A and E will help in preventing hair loss. Natural source include eggs, tofu, fish and green leafy vegetables.
