Summer Skin Care Remedies

What you feel from inside will be expressed outside. The skin says it all what all you have been doing to it. If you have been treating your body and your skin very well it will be visible else all you can see this summer is darker, oilier and unhealthy skin. This summer make a resolution to keep your skin healthy.

Summer beverages are very common methods to keeping body and skin cool. They are also the most convenient. All you need to do is to make rite choices. Curd is a natural coolant. Try to choose curd and yogurt based rinks this summer. Herbs like mint, amla and Brahmi are natural coolants as well.

Additionally they stimulate body and energize it. The pitha of the body, if increased will make you look stressed ad exhausted. These herbal drinks and beverages will help you to keep blood circulation flowing well and remain energized. If your body remains cool from inside and the blood circulation is well the skin will automatically look fresh.

You must use body packs every weekend. Multan mitti work as a natural body cleanser. It will absorb extra oils from the skin. The simplest way to use it is have a bath and pat dry the skin. Take fuller’ s earth as required and mix with lemon juice and rose water to make a smooth paste. If you skin is dry do add honey as well. Simply apply this all over the body including face.

Let it dry and then wash off with tap water. Lemon work as a natural antibacterial agent. Fuller’s earth is a absorbent. Rose water proves cooling effect to the body. Use herbal based moisturizers. These will keep the skin hydrated. These should include herbs like cucumber, aloe, mint, Brahmi, etc. Last but not the least male water as your favorite thing this summer.
