Though all vitamins and minerals act as antioxidants but some nutrients have a better reputation than the rest. Vitamin C, E, P and minerals like zinc and selenium are known as the most powerful antioxidants available.

Natural source of zinc and selenium include oysters, shrimps, lobsters, Brazil nuts and shellfish.

Vitamin E can be obtained through brown rice, almonds, walnuts, sunflower oil and wheat germ oil.

Vitamin P is found in berries and grapes. All berries are great source of vitamin C. The above mentioned nutrients neutralize free radicals and repair damaged cells of all systems.
