Some Skin Care Tips
Skin is said to be the mirror of your personality. No two persons have similar skin types. Some have oily skin, some have glowing skin and many more types. Also everybody is not sound enough to spend a lot on making the skin look good.
But nature has provided some simple home remedies to make the skin feel and look good and glowing.
Taking steam over the face is effective in opening the pores and by this you can easily remove the dirt from the face. Boil some water and cover your head while taking stem. After this, remove the dirt immediately otherwise this dirt can block your pores that can be the cause for acne.
Exfoliate your skin using some scrub regularly. Do it for three to four minutes and then wash with lukewarm water.
Take a healthy diet. This means include fresh green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid having oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. By doing this you would eliminate the toxins in your body. Every organ of the body needs water. When you would drink less water then water would be taken from the minor organs of the body and given to the major organs to perform the special tasks and the first minor organ is skin. Due to this your skin would look dull and unhealthy.
Always remove your make up at night. Never sleep with your makeup. Always clean your face at night and apply some moisturizer. Always use some lukewarm water for cleaning the skin.
One simple way to make your skin glowing in few minutes is by rubbing a piece of papaya on the face and neck. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. After this wash the face with warm water. Then after some time with cold water and then see the difference in your skin.
Whenever you dry your skin using towel do it slowly. If you would rub hard then the bacteria’s on the skin spread and pimples also spread. Small capillaries under the skin can also get ruptured and cause redness.
