Benefits of Vinegar
Vinegar is a common household thing and is found in almost every house. It is of great importance as it can be used in cleaning, health, cooking and many more, the list is endless.
Vinegar is a good cleaning agent. You can clean your toaster, iron and stainless steel utensils. You can clean your refrigerator by diluting vinegar in normal water. Tea and coffee stains are a major problem in homes. Vinegar is a simple solution for this. Using vinegar can also clean rusted bolts and handles.
Similarly vinegar is also useful in many infections and diseases. Using vinegar can also treat sore throat. Put two to three drops in your humidifier and see the relief you get.
Sunburn also can be treated. Drinking vinegar mixed with water helps to reset the upset stomach. Vinegar can also treat fungal infection. Apply by using cotton to the infected area.
Mix vinegar and glycerin in equal quantities and keep the mixture in a bottle. Apply on the warts daily. This would help a lot. Mix vinegar in water and drink this before every meal. This mixture helps the persons with arthritis. It takes time but it works.
Dandruff can also be treated by using vinegar. Simply apply it on the scalp and rinse after sometime. Do it everyday till you get the results. Cleaning your face with it helps to remove the dead cells and makes the skin clean. One can also use vinegar as a deodorant to get rid of the bad body odour.
Hiccups can also be controlled by drinking vinegar mixed in hot water. You also add vinegar to your bathtub to remove the dryness from the skin and also it reduces the itching.
Bee or jelly fish sting can also be relieved by applying it on the affected area. Mosquito bite causes itching, which can also be relieved by using vinegar.
