First of all, you should make an attempt to find out the root cause for your sleeping disorder. If it is related to improper life style, addiction to alcohol or drugs or late working hours, then you can easily cure this disorder by being strict with yourself and avoiding these causes.

2. Sleeping Pills
Depending upon your type of sleeping disorder and other factors like your age, profession, you can consume medicines. Consuming proper medicines or sleeping pills in proper proportion will help you in getting a sound sleep. Please remember to consult a medical professional before consuming any sleeping pill(s).
