Skin Routine is Necessary
Skin care is a burning issue these days. The market is flooded with a variety of products that claim
to provide you with the ultimate skin care. A strict piece of caution is doing not try anything random to your
skin simply based on the advertisement.
The look of your skin that that you were so close to reach might just erode in one night by using a wrong product. It is therefore essential to remain loyal to products that suit you best.In case you wish to change your product because you think it might be better for you; run a patch test for one night.
Now, about the skin routine. Do you have a skin care routine? No matter how expensive products you might be using, unless you have a proper skin routine the benefits are only half attained. A simple routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing must be followed every day. For cleansing you may use card, milk and tomato peels. Rose water also is a refreshing cleanser. There are different cleansers for dry, oily and combination skin. Use the preparations accordingly.
In case home remedies do not suit you, use standard products for refine cleaning. For toning, aloe Vera water and cucumber juice can be used. Herbal based toners are also quite effective. Natural moisturizers include honey, glycerin, and buttermilk. Facial oils like pre almond oil as well as olive oil can also be
used in small quantities. Oilyu skin should never be applied with these oils!
This routine must be followed daily each morning and evening. If you skip it in morning do not skip your night skin routine. This, in addition to your sleep will make you ready for a next day with a healthy skin.
On weekly basis or on monthly basis (depending on your skin condition) apply facial masks. For dry skin use banana and honey face pack in milk. For oily skin Fuller`s earth in rose water or lemon juice.
The combination skin should apply sandalwood power in aloe Vera juice.
