Simple Skin Care Tips

Skin shows it all. The tight glowing skin is what describes youth and the stress in sticking to the same look can actually cause ageing. So, the first rule is – stop stressing.

Your face, hands, feet and neck regions are the most visible parts of your body. A daily care of these areas is absolutely necessary to have beautiful youthful look.

Here are some quick cares tips that you need to follow. Skin moisture decreases with age. Therefore use moisture based cleanser to wipe off face and neck region.

Women often ignore back of the neck, which is supposed to be more taken care off, and this leads to difference in coloration of the neck region in front and in back.

Always work up the moisturizer in upward strokes, as if trying to erase neck lines. Before using anything in morning, splash rash tap water to face and open eyes. This refreshes the skin.

After bathing, do apply body lotion as per the season. This will save you in long run to focus on each part differently.

Wear a good Sunscreen lotion whenever you step out of house. Apply it all over these exposed regions. Reapply after every hour if you think it is gets wiped off with sweat.

Keep yourself hydrated by eating small meals every 2-3 hours. Keep them healthy and include fruits and nuts. These carry high quantities of vitamins and minerals which help prevent oxidation of body cells and hence prevent ageing.

Keep lots of water and stay away from high salt and sugar foods. Apply dairy milk directly all over your body and wash off once the stretch is felt. It tightens the skin.

Exercise regularly for it boosts beautification of the skin. More you sweat while working out, better it is for the skin. Keep a towel to wipe off the sweat. It brings glow to skin.
