Sex is as important as eating food. Sex cannot be done in tension or any pressure. It requires relaxed mind and body. Mainly males suffer from sexual dysfunction and impotence.
Sexual disorders are related to sexual desire disorders, orgasm disorders and sexual pain disorders. If a male or a female experiences any problem during the sexual intercourse cycle, the person is said to have sexual dysfunction.
Sexual desire disorder is related to the decreased interest in sex. This can occur due to any reason like some stress, depression and many more. Some women have problem with orgasm and this leads to dissatisfaction and causes tension between the partners. Some men are disabled to attain proper erection for coitus. Some males have problem of premature ejaculation, which leads to dissatisfaction for both the partners.

Eating garlic is said to be the most effective remedy to improve sexual impotence. Eating two to three cloves of garlic are very beneficial for bringing some improvement. Next to garlic, onions are also very useful in treating sexual impotence. White onions are more useful.
Ginger juice is also very good for many sex related disorders like premature ejaculation, sex desire and impotency. It is more beneficial if taken with half boiled egg mixed in honey taken for a month.
Eating raisins boiled in milk and drinking milk after eating them is a proved home remedy for these sexual problems.
Vitamin A deficiency can also cause erectile dysfunction. So have food rich in vitamin A if you are suffering from this problem.
One can take a full body massage, which stimulates the nerves and is good for treating impotence. Having a cold hip-bath is also good as the nerves of the genital organs are controlled by the pelvic region.
Try to build up stamina by eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating high fat food and stop smoking. These some simple things can bring a lot of improvements.
