Remove Stretch Marks Completely

February 10, 2009

As incredible is the feeling of being pregnant and entering motherhood, more depressing are the post-pregnancy stretch marks. They may throw you in despair and effect you emotional.

But there is nothing to lose heart about since these marks can get erased eventually. All is required is a little patience, some endeavors and pinch of knowledge about what needs to be done.

The foremost thing to keep in mind is to have a positive outlook towards life.
Your despair towards yourself is only going to worsen your skin condition.

It is true that stretch marks do make the skin appear absolutely unattractive but you got to understand this is just a phase and you can get rid of it with time and determination.

You will need to do what everyone does to have a good skin texture. This includes drinking lots of water and exercising. Taking vitamin supplementation of rich antioxidant vitamins like Vitamin E and Vitamin C must be taken.

A diet rich in nutrition must be taken to provide overall better health. Once you trigger the healing power of the body, which is boosted by a healthy lifestyle, 50 percent of your work is started.

Additional treatments may include massages. A daily massage with oils, especially manufactured to reduce stretch marks, is an effective method.
The oils used must be from a standardized company.

Traditionally, warm sesame seed oil and coconut oil are used for massage.

If their odour is not a trouble, these oils would prove to be your best pick!

Massage stimulates the tissue for repair of the surface. The last word would be moisturizing. No doubt that you have been using oils for massaging but after bath moisturizing, on daily basis, is more than essential.

Keeping the problem area moisturized would help it heal faster. You may use best quality marketed preparations or prepare home based glycerin and rose water based.
