Remedies To Prevent Premature Greying of Hair

The hair completes the personality of a person. Premature greying of hair is becoming a common problem nowadays. This unwanted trouble can affect any gender and all age groups and can make the person look older than the actual age.
The main cause for untimely greying of hair can be improper diet or less production of oil in the hair follicles. This causes the hair to lack the nutrition, which is needed and they start graying early. Some other causes for immature greying of hair can be improper cleaning of the scalp or cleaning the scalp with very hot water, using more of shampoos, using excess of dryers and some cases can have it due to hereditary factors as well.
People want to get rid of grey hair, which is not possible, but can be delayed by following some easy home remedies. The best and the most effective of all the remedies is using curry leaves. Include them in your daily diet and you can also boil some of these leaves in coconut oil, allow it to cool down and store in a bottle. Whenever you need to apply oil, apply this mixture and you would find good results.
Another remedy is to apply the butter made from cow’s milk on the scalp on a regular basis. This can also reduce greying of hair in an effective manner. Rubbing the scalp with almond oil is also beneficial.
Cut all the fruits into small pieces and dry them in shade. When completely dried, put them in coconut oil until the solid matter becomes powdered. Apply this mixture on the hair. This is very effective.
Juice of amaranthus vegetable when applied to the hair and kept overnight can help in retaining the colour of hair and also aids in the growth of the hair. If done repeatedly, it proves to be a good remedy.
Including iodine, zinc, vitamins and minerals in your diet can also help. Eat lots of fresh and green vegetables and juicy fruits. Do not use artificial things on your hair such as colours and sprays.
It is also found that persons who smoke develop grey hairs more quickly than who don’t smoke.
