Remedies For Blackheads
Our skin is full of pores. When dirt, oil, germs and other impurities get into these pores and come in contact with air, oxidization takes place leading to formation of yellow black bumps that appear on the skin. These bumps are called blackheads (Comedones). They commonly appear on face but may appear on chest, back, legs and other body parts also.
To prevent blackheads your stomach should be clear, food items responsible for constipation or other stomach ailments should be avoided. Avoid junk food, sugar and sugar products, meat, strong tea and coffee. Add fruit or fruit juice and plenty of water in your diet.
To prevent the blackheads from occurring, there are various home remedies. One must wash face atleast 4-5 times in a day with plain water or mild soap. Squeezing or picking of blackheads leads to scars.
Regular scrubbing with scrub paste and unboiled milk can be done so as to remove the dead skin.
