Remedies for All Types of Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are a big hurdle in letting you flaunt your skin, especially in summers. The most common areas include curves of your waist, thighs and hips. Sudden weight gain or loss and  pregnancy are popular causes of stretch marks. Here are some effective remedies to treat it completely.

Lavender oil, olive oil and sweet almonds oil are all good options. The massage must be done on clear skin and in circular motion so as to improve the circulation of the blood. These oils work best when taken in their raw form.

Cocoa butter is one great ingredient to get rid of stretch marks. If you use skin lotion everyday after bath, try to choose the one carrying cocoa butter. Apart form making the stretch marks disappear, it beautifies the skin.

Role of diet is very critical in getting rid of stretch marks. Vitamins and antioxidants help in rejuvenation of the epidermis tissue. Therefore, a diet rich in vitamin A, C, E and with minerals like selenium and zinc is highly beneficial. Natural source of these chemicals are almonds, fish liver oils, eggs, green easy vegetables and citrus fruits.

If your busy life style does not permit you to have such detailed meals then help your self with daily supplementation of these nutrients. Try to get a liquid daily supplement because it is most readily absorbed in body and hence works faster.

Homemade scrubs is an another convenient remedy for stretch marks. Home made scrubs can be prepared by crushing walnuts and almonds into fine particles. You may use olive oil has the lubricant to work onto the skin.

Exercising helps the skin get more oxygen and hence rejuvenates and healing of the skin easily. Hence regular exercise is important to make the marks vanish.

If you want to go for full fledged home remedies then here the one. Take 6 capsules of vitamin E, 4 capsules of vitamin A, quarter cup of aloe vera gel and half a cup of olive oil. Mix then well and refrigerate in a glass container. You can apply this solution to all parts before going to sleep. See the result yourself.
