Prostate cancer is one of the major life-style diseases and is on continuous rise. More and more men are becoming victims of this disorder. Here are a few thing you can do to safe-guard yourself against Prostate cancer.

Have more greens in your diet. Green vegetables consist of Phytoestrogens which reduce the risk of cancer in human body. These compounds have the same function as estrogen . Therefore increase your intake of seaweed, soy protein, legumes and fresh leafy vegetables in your daily meals.

Get used to Green tea. This antioxidant rich compound consist of special chemicals polyphenols which have been used in treatment of various forms of cancers/Start taking supplementation of Vitamin E as well as Selenium. In a study (2001) it have been discovered that Vitamin E (being a strong antioxidant) as well as selenium have used to cure prostate cancer. Now, you have another reason to thrive on Fish meals.

Regulate ejaculation too prevents you form the terror of prostrate cancer. The reason is by ejaculating you are actually letting toxins out of your body which might start building in your prostate.
