Problem Of Dizziness

Dizziness is a feeling when one feels somewhat different. It is not easy to describe it. It is caused when something is wrong with your normal surroundings. You may found everything spinning around and also feel light-headedness.
Dizziness is experienced whenever you feel the weakness. It is felt when one has cold, fever or some other illness. If somebody has seasickness or motion- sickness then also dizziness is felt. If one is tired from anything like doing certain work, has fatigue, nausea or vomiting, then also one can feel dizziness.
Causes
Dizziness has no certain cause but sometimes it is caused by some medical problems. High blood pressure can be the cause as it can damage the brain. Low blood pressure can also cause the same. Fluctuations in heart like high or low heart beat due to any medicine or disease may also cause dizziness. Brain tumour, migraine, stroke, fainting, depression and many more conditions can also be the causes.
Emergency
The critical situation arises when with dizziness is followed by weakness in legs and arms, hearing loss, speech impairment, blurred vision, high fever, head injury, chest pain or numbness.
Precautions
Whenever you feel dizziness sit somewhere otherwise you can fall and hurt yourself. If you suffer regularly from dizziness then avoid driving, running, jumping, do not take stress and also never get too excited. If the dizziness occurs due to intake of some medicine or any eatable then note and tell your doctor about it.
Managing Dizziness
Close your eyes and ears with hands for sometime and remove hands slowly.
While exercising do not hold your breath because the carbon dioxide gets build up in the body which can cause dizziness. Also drink water in between the exercise, so that you maintain your water levels as you are losing water from the body in the form of sweat.
Drink some lemon juice with black pepper in it. Avoid intake of alcohol, caffeine, ice tea and also do not smoke.
Consult your doctor in case the symptoms do not subside for long.
