During orgasm the uterus tends to have rhythmic contractions which are slower. This may cause some complication. Therefore, having orgasm during sex should be avoided. Although, it does not sound practical.
Psychologically, the women is often worried that the pressure on pelvic may harm the child. If the pregnant women feel disturbed and in case there occurs frequent bleeding then sex must be avoided.
Vitamin supplementation is another factor important in pregnancy. Required supplementation must be taken as per asked by the physician.
Strenuous exercises must be avoided during pregnancy. There are some special yoga positions that help a lot. These help during delivery of the baby and also decrease labor pains.
There is a traditional habit to make pregnant women eat more fat during pregnancy. This practice is not appropriate for all. The pregnant women must do the assigned physical activates and eat a balanced diet. Constipation and nausea are some common problems that women face during pregnancy.
The pregnancy mother needs a lot of affectionate support form her dear ones, especially the husband since she is already trying to cope up exhaustion, stress and hormonal changes. Herbal remedies should only be given after consultation from the doctor.
