Penis Size Facts
The size of the penis is often a topic of worry with many men. An unerect penis is about 3 to 4 inches in length. Since the depth of the vagina is 4 inches or less, an average sized penis is enough to satisfy a woman.
Also, width is given more priority than the length. This is because most women prefer to feel tighter around the vaginal circumference. Therefore, a man with a broader penis is most likely to satisfy women than a man with a lengthier penis. Also, when completely aroused a women’s vagina does not exceed depth of 4 inches.
It has been found that penis size has nothing to do with height, weight or race. It is a possibility that a taller man may have a smaller penis and a shorter man may have a longer penis. Genes seem to play a role in the size of the genitals.
Exercises to Increase Penis Size
Try stretching your penis. With stretching, the tissues grow in length as well as in width. Do not overdo this exercise as it may cause pain in the tissues.
A penis increases about an inch during erection. Therefore, if you can prolong your erection for a longer time period then size will increase temporarily.
By targeting pubococcygeus muscle one can delay the erection. There are several techniques by which this muscle can be strengthened.
An age old technique to increase size of the penis is by Jelqing. The procedure is same as “milking” an animal. The penis becomes visibly larger by pulling it forward so that the Corpora Cavernosa fills with blood.
It has been observed that with regular Jelqing the size of the penis can be improved permanently. It has been used by Arabian nomads since centuries to enlarge penis size. The technique can either be done by self or you can ask a partner to do it for you.
The size of the penis can be increased by strengthening of the BC and the IC muscles. This can be done by practicing isometric contraction. The IC and BC muscles can not contract voluntarily or without contraction of the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle.
