No More Headaches
Weekend is gone and day to day quest with stress and fatigue starts. Stress, often accompanied by headaches can be quite a lot to handle.
Even if stress and work load are not the causes of headache in your life, headaches alone has the power to turn your day upside down.
A little precaution and some instant home remedies can actually take you places.
Look at your life-style. Have you been getting enough sleep? Have you been eating foods that aggravate headache? Foods like nuts, chocolates, oily foods only aggravate the headaches. Have you been doing enough exercises to promote release of natural pain killers in your body? Have you been having trouble with your eyesight?
Answer these questions to yourself that you would get the solution.
Coming to home remedies, a cool sandalwood paste in rose water when applied to forehead at the end of the day would provide much mental relaxation.
Drinking aloe Vera water or taking aloe Vera gel at least two to three times a day decrease the tendency of developing headache due to hyperacicidity.
Those with regular problem of headache may prepare a mixture of carrot juice (taken 300ml) and spinach juice (taken 200ml) and drink it daily. Make paste of cinnamon in water and apply over forehead. The cooling properties provide instant relief, especially to people suffering from sinus induced headaches. Summer is approaching and scorching heat may lead to severe headaches. Applying Henna, mixed with curd all over head at weekends would keep your head cool.
For an instant remedy, mix henna with some vinegar to prepare a paste and apply on the forehead. Some people have this strange habit of not combing their hair. This leads to decreased blood circulation in the skull which may induce a headache. Try to comb your hair with a wide toothed comb before going to bed.
