Natural Ways to Increase Breast Size

A good breast size is a significant asset to a women`s body. Here are some simple ways to increase size of breasts naturally.

Exercises

When you are trying to lose weight, the breast area is the first area to lose weight. But there are certain exercises which will help you to gain weight at that area. Stand straight and spread your legs slightly apart. Turn your right foot to the right and keep it firm on the ground. Bend the right knee towards the right. Twist your waist to the right.

Raise your arms up, straight, while you bend your knee as much as you can. Move your upper body forward in right direction. Feel an outwards stretch in your breasts.

Massage

Massaging is a great way to naturally and permanently increase your breast size. Additionally, advantages of massaging are that it makes the skin softer, keeps nipples moisturized and reduces breast tenderness that is common during periods and in PMS patients.

It is always best to mix 2 to 3 oils to prepare massaging mixture for breasts massaging. Coconut oil, olive oil, sweet almonds oil, rosemary oil, and mustard seed oil are best oils for breast massage. The massage should always be done in upwards and inward strokes. Gently hold your one breast with one hand and lift it slightly. Massage the breasts gently with upward strokes. Massage the surrounding area as well.

Massage must be done twice or thrice weekly for over 2 months to see any prominent results. Massage improves release of estrogen in the breast glands. The hormone plays a major role in increasing size of the breasts. For the same reason, stroking of breasts during foreplay and sex increases the size of the breasts.

Foods

Size of breasts can be improved by eating foods that are rich in fat. Dairy products such as milk, cheese, clarified butter and products prepared using these products help in increasing breast size.

A healthy recipe for increasing breast size is as follows. Roast wheat flour 4 cups in 1 large tbsp of clarified butter. Once it is slightly brown, add small pieces of almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds to it. Eat 4 to 5 tbsp of this mixture every day. Avoid it if you are overweight.
