6 Natural Cures For Hypertension
Hypertension has become a constant fixture in today’s world, thanks to the plethora of problems that we face every day, be it in the work front or in family life. Our bodies and minds are stressed beyond control and finally our hearts give away.

It is lemon that helps the smaller capillaries to stay healthy and strong and not break under the pressure that happens due to hypertension. Lemon contains vitamin P which helps in strengthening the capillaries and makes them withstand the pressure due to hypertension. Drink lemon juice every day to keep your capillaries strong.
3. Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberries too are known to reduce blood pressure and help patients of hypertension to keep their blood pressure normal. Take at least 4 Indian gooseberries a day to benefit from its medicinal properties. As the fruit is very tangy, it would be a good idea to extract the juice and dilute with water or some other fruit or vegetable juice of your choice.

5. Vegetable Juice
Juices of raw vegetables are low in fat and cholesterol content and hence highly beneficial for treating hypertension. Spinach and carrot juice are the most beneficial and can be combined to form a potent juice that can be taken every day. Take 300 ml of juice from carrots and add to 200 ml of spinach extract. Take this juice in the morning and evening to keep the blood pressure normal and protect the heart from the ill effects of hypertension.
6. Parsley
Another herb that can make the capillaries and blood vessels strong, parsley is recommended by all doctors to their patients who are suffering from hypertension. For those who want to prevent hypertension, take parsley juice once or twice every day. Take a handful of fresh parsley leaves and boil with a glass of water for 10 minutes. Cool it and take 3-4 times a day to reduce hypertension.
