Nails are said to be the shiner of one’s personality. By looking at the nails experts can tell about the person’s life, heath and wealth.

Nails are of different sizes and shapes. These shapes are only used to judge one’s personality.

As the nails are present at the tips of fingers, they are easily noticeable by everyone around us. Woman can keep their nails long and apply nail paints so as to look beautiful. Nowadays nail art has become a very good profession too.

But you need to take care of your nails to keep them healthy so that they do not break easily. For this you have to remember some useful tips.

Certain food items keep your nails healthy. If you have brittle nails then you should you consume food rich in vitamin A and calcium such as cheese, carrot, apricots, milk, yoghurt etc. If you suffer from hang nail problem then take food rich in protein, folic acid and vitamin C. Vitamin B12 deficiency can also lead to dry and dark nails. So, it is important to add vitamins in your diet.

Remember to drink plenty of water and fresh juices, which keep your body and nails well hydrated.

Before you sleep at night wash your hands and rub a good moisturizer on hands as well as the skin around the nails. Whenever doing some household work or working with some chemicals keep in mind to wear gloves so that the chemicals don’t affect your skin and nails.

Never file your nails after washing hands as wet nails break easily. Also stay away from artificial nails as the chemicals used to stick them is very harmful to the nails and can even cause infection. Using any artificial thing on the nails can cause fungal or bacterial infections.

Take regular manicure treatment in the beauty clinics to keep your nails neat and infection free.

By making your nails look smart, you can easily flaunt your hands anywhere!
