Vitamin E

Rich source of vitamin A are oily fishes like herring and sardines, yellow and orange vegetables and cheese. The vegetables must not be soaked for a very long time or otherwise the vitamin will be lost.

Those who regularly consume alcohol, people suffering from diabetes or hypothyroidism must take vitamin A supplements.

Vitamin A would work best in presence of zinc, vitamin C, D and E

Vitamin C

Research shows that vitamin C is responsible for production of collagen, reduces risk of arthritis, fights pre maturing ageing of the skin and helps in regulation of certain hormones inside the body. This vitamin bears the responsibility of building a strong immune system.

Best natural sources include strawberries, raw cabbage, kiwi fruit, green peas, parsley and orange juice.
