Increased environmental pollution has multiplied the risk factor for skin related problems. More and more women and men are thriving to look youthful and what they are basically fighting is dead skin on the topical surface of the body.

But taking care of the skin is not all that difficult either. If you are eating right, drinking ample amount of water and exercise for at least 30 minutes on daily basis then you ought to be having a good skin tone.

Go on scrubbing for 10 -15 minutes and then take bath with lukewarm water. It will provide much relaxation.

Apply a thick moisturizer, if your skin is not very oily, all over your body and let it work during entire night. Bathing with too much warm water may actually cause dryness to the skin.

Honey is an amazing antioxidant and does wonders when used as moisturizer. Mix equal amounts of honey and rose water and use as incredible skin softener. It can be kept for 10-15 minutes and then washed with fresh water.

Consumption of excess alcohol and cigarettes degenerate not just skin but other body tissues as well. If you want to see good changes in your skin you must keep these things at bay.

It is important to keep skin hydrated. In absence of this, skin problems like dryness, wrinkles occur. Occasional face pack of home crushed aloe Vera pulp can do lot more than any parallel shelf product.
