Manage Hair Fall Trouble

Common Causes

Use of inappropriate shampoo, excess use of chemicals on hair, use of tight clips that stress the roots and combing wet hair are all common cause of hair loss.

Too must of mental stress is yet another common cause of hair loss. It is becoming increasingly common in young adults.

Genes also play a very critical part. If your parents or anyone in your immediate family has hair loss problem then you are at a higher risk.

If you have been suffering from some health disorder like typhoid, anemia or jaundice then hair loss is most likely to occur.

Home Remedies

Mash some petals of hibiscus flower in pestle and motor. Add quantity sufficient of coconut oil. Warm it together and apply to the roots of the hair. Keep overnight and wash with shikakai paste in the morning.

Soak a few almonds overnight and mash them. Mix them with some warm ghee. Apply all over your hair and leave overnight.

A paste of methi seeds can also be applied to the roots of the hair. Taking supplementation of vitamin E greatly helps in controlling hair fall.

The hair may be lacking some major nutrition like vitamin E and proteins. Hence, application of egg yolk along with henna is a great way to nourish hair. If you cannot bear the smell of eggs then apply henna mixed with curd.

Things to Remember

Use a shampoo that suits your hair type. If you shampoo your hair every day then use a mild shampoo.

Always keep your hair manageable. Keep them a little oiled if they have a tendency to become dry. Do not keep your hair open on a windy day. Cover your hair when you are exposed to too much of sun.

Always keep your hair clean. Avoid excess use of irons or blow dryers as excess heat damages hair which leads to hair fall.
