To keep the skin looking young and bright one has to make many efforts. But with some simple and useful techniques one can look beautiful.
Sleep is the most important factor that contributes to brightness of the skin. If you do not sleep properly you can have dark circles around the eyes that look very bad and make you look ugly. Also, the skin becomes dull as one is always restless and the immune system also gets affected. So, always sleep in good environment and take a bath before sleeping to ensure a nice and sound sleep.
Hands are the most important part of woman’s beauty. Protect your hands from sunlight and apply a good sunscreen when going out in sun on your hands and other exposed parts too. Protect your hands while using strong cleaners used in cleaning by wearing gloves. Use good moisturizer on hands.
Drink plenty of liquids to wash away all the toxins in your body as they can cause harm to your skin. You can have pimples on the face and many more. Eat a well balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Avoid all the junk and oily foods.
Always wash your face, hands and feet when you return from somewhere. This is done to remove the dirt from the area. If the dirt is not removed it can become the cause of many infections. Cleaning is the most important factor.
Always remove the make up as soon as you return from the party. Use good products on the skin. Take the cleaner and apply on the face while moving it in circular motion and then wipe with cotton. Exfoliation is good to give the skin an instant glow.
Some home remedies can work in an excellent manner. Take a banana, mash it and mix with a spoon of honey, mix it well and apply on the face. Wash after 15 minutes and look for the instant glowing skin.
Lemon is a natural bleaching agent. Rub the lemon on skin on any part of the body; keep for some time and then wash off. It is good for removing pigmentation and aging spots.
For sunburn apply yoghurt on the affected area and wash after 15 minutes. Due to the cooling effect of the yoghurt you would feel good and marks would vanish after regular usage.
