The tempting tequila would show its actual terror the next morning.The party might have hit well but the next morning would be quite a hitto your work if the hangover catches you from your collar. Wonder how you would spend the whole day in the office?

One is never to drink empty stomach. Always try o eat something lighter like snacks. If u really wishes to skip the eating pleasure then alternate your alcoholic drink with a glass of water. This will help you flush out alcohol out of your body faster. The glass you pick as your alcoholic choice must be sipped slowly
no matter how much “bottom-ups” your friends insist on. We are here for a temporary fun. Not to cause any permanent damage to your health and daily life. Try to accept ice with your drinks.

It would provide with you fro another excuse to drink your glass slowly, as it chills. Red wines are great but if the glass bears white wine then dilute it with soda.

This would even decrease your calorie intake. Avoid the race of “bottom-up” must be avoided to keep your count of drinks. Drinking without any care does not only lead to bad hangovers but it also leads to a number of other long term or immediate health troubles. Alcoholic poisoning is one such trouble. It is fatal to death. It can make you Diabetic as alcohol causes dehydration of body. The immediate signs are headaches due to decreased blood sugar levels. The medication taken consecutively to cure headaches from hangover is equally dangerous.

Therefore, to enjoy the party the second night with the same energy and health, enjoy your drink with equated amounts. Cheers!
