Jeans Causes Tingling Thigh Syndrome
Today we see more and more women are trying to defy their age by trying to look younger than their actual age. For this they adopt many ways, be it skin treatments, going on a crash diet to achieve a size zero figure or even wearing trendy clothes. If the older women are doing this, then why should the young girls remain behind! And therefore to nullify the challenge from some older women the younger ones go one step ahead by wearing body tight clothes. Wearing body tight jeans has become a fashion amongst women today. But do you know that this is harmful and can cause Tingling Thigh Syndrome.
It is not bad to wear body tight clothes as it is a matter of personal choice. But what is the point in wearing clothes that can be harmful for your health. Imagine you do all the hard work for looking younger and hot, but if your health is affected, then is it worth doing all the hard work? Women are increasingly wearing skinny jeans to appear fashionable, but they are neglecting that these very jeans are enemies of their health.
Wearing tight fitting jeans causes a condition called as Tingling Thigh Syndrome in which the legs go numb. The legs lose any sensation and sometimes a burning or tingling sensation is experienced by women. This is so because wearing tight jeans exerts a lot of pressure on the thighs and this disrupts the normal flow of blood. Due to this, initially there is pain in thighs but if nothing is done to relieve the pain then due to constant exposure to severe pressure, the nerves in the legs loose sensation. This is not a healthy sign as prolonged tingling thigh syndrome can cause paralysis, in some cases.
The best alternative to avoid tingling thigh syndrome is to wear clothes that are comfortable and makes a women look elegant. If you want to wear jeans, try wearing one that is looser by a point. This will avoid putting too much pressure on your legs. If you prefer the skinny look, then probably it will be wise to use leggings than using jeans.
