Increase In Breast Size

November 12, 2009

Breasts are indeed one of the most critical parts of a female body, defining the curves. The size of the breasts mainly depends on your genes and lifestyle. Having a good bust line is not just an asset but it also makes one feel feminine and beautiful.

Foods

Most women have small breasts due to hormonal imbalance. The hormone estrogen is primarily responsible for the bigger size. Eating foods that are rich in estrogen tend to help significantly. Now, how much more simpler can it get? These are whole grains, fresh fruits, meats and low fat dairy products.

There are certain other foods that help in increasing the breast size. These foods are fenugreek, wild Mexican yam and sesame seeds. Fenugreek gives an additional advantage to the lactating mothers by increasing milk production.

Home Remedies

Natural methods for breast enhancement take time. A significant increase can be observed by second or third month.

Sesame seed oil can be directly applied on the breasts. The iron, phosphorus, protein and calcium present in the oil boosts the health of the breasts. The massage needs to be done in upward and inward strokes, at least 150 times a day.

Mixture of olive oil and sweet almond oil can also be used to massage them. In case you wish to beautify them by improving skin tone of the breasts, mix a few drops of lemon juice with the massage oil.

Exercises

Another safe way of enhancing breast size is through certain exercises. Remove your shirt (and bra). Sit in a little warm area. Rub your hands against each other so as to generate heat through the friction. Apply the heat to your cups by holding them for 2 seconds.

Push them gently upwards and then leave. Repeat the process for 15 to 20 minutes. If your nipples appear dry they use a few drops of oil on your palms.

Another exercise is push-up. This trusted work out is said to increase the breast size early as compared to other methods. For this, lay down flat on the floor, bend on the knees.

Place your palms firmly on the ground and raise the front body, slowly lower the body and repeat the action as per your strength allows.
