Improve Blood Circulation
Having good blood circulation is the key to prevent most of nervous system and blood related problems. It also aids in keeping the heart healthy. Proper blood circulation is necessary to help in proper cleansing of body and maintaining optimal blood pressure. Here are some ways of obtaining blood circulations.
Massages are the most primitive and trusted methods to improve blood circulation. To get best results from massaging is to have a bath first. Choose oil according to requirement of your skin and warm it a little in winters. In summers there is no need to warm them. Olive oil and sesame seed oil are best options through the year but rosemary oil and coconut oil are preferred during months of summer.
The application of oil must be done in upwards strokes towards the heart. You may do your own massage but it is always better if someone else does it for you. There are so many professional massage centre in cities thee days. If that is not possible for you then simply apply oil all over your body and massage on for some time. Take a towel and soak in warm water. Wring it and dab it on your body. While doing this, light some aromatic candles for extra relaxation. After 2 hours have a warm bath.
Drinking lots of fluid daily helps in better blood circulation. Do not try to take lots of aerated or sweetened drinks. Go more on electrolyte levels. The ionic exchange helps in better maintained of optimal blood pressure. Drinks of yogurt and lemon should be taken liberally. Water is the best possible health beverage.
Exercise is yet another way of improving blood circulation. If you can learn yoga that will be of a lot of help. Otherwise, 30 minutes of brisk walk is sufficient for boosting blood circulations. At night, place a pillow under your feet and do not place it under your head. Lie down in this position for 15 minutes. Then sleep as you want.

Kinesiology and Health Studies professor Michael Tschakovsky and his team from Queen’s University has busted the myth.
The belief that massage aids in the removal of lactic acid from muscle tissue is so pervasive it is even listed on the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists website as one of the benefits of massage, despite there being absolutely no scientific research to back this up.
Kinesiology MSc candidate Vicky Wiltshire and Dr. Tschakovsky set out to discover if this untested hypothesis was true, and their results show that massage actually impairs blood flow to the muscle after exercise, and that it therefore also impairs the removal of lactic acid from muscle after exercise.
