Hypertension Remedies

If your temper has been disobeying you these days by showing up unexpectedly, probably get your blood pressure checked. You may be having Hypertension.

Hypertension occurs at elevated blood pressure which is said to be normal at 140/90.

The person feels agitated and irritated at small things and may disrupt the general feeling of well being.

The early symptoms of hypertension include mood swings, abrupt reaction to situations, louder voice and possible reddening of eyes. Slight heaviness in eyes can also be felt. The person feels excess energy in them.

Hypertension people must observe their daily life style. Usually, they must be on high sodium diet which has been the main culprit.

Most of ready to eat meals include high quantities sodium and sugar levels. The presence of both works synergistically to rock the very foundation of circulatory system.

Drinking at least 2 liters of water every day and 30 minutes of brick walking are helpful in treating the early symptoms.

Home remedies are immense and can be taken in addition to making changes in life style and eating habits.

You can dry melon seeds and make a powder of it. Take 1 tbsp of this powder with water every morning. Carrots are useful in rejuvenating the circulatory system. Take fresh juice of carrot daily anytime of the day. Spinach juice can also be taken.

The amla is known well for its detoxifying properties. Additionally, its juice is helpful in lowering blood pressure. There are some side effects noted due to amla which include diarrhea and stones in gall bladder. You may take fenugreek seeds and boil in water. Sieve it. Drink 2-3 times in a day.

It also works as a good rejuvenating drink. Onion juice and honey, when taken in equal quantities, is also helpful in treatment of general hypertension. If symptoms still persist one must consult a physician without any further delay.
