Chubby cheeks look cute but they may or may not look smart. Losing weight from the face can greatly change your features. You can have firmer features which do not jiggle while you are walking fast.
Another disadvantage of chubby cheeks is that it hides the shape of cheek bone which may otherwise look extremely attractive. Here are ways to lose weight from the face.
Simple Habits
Chewing is a great exercise. Try chewing sugar-free gums for 3-4 hours. Do not overdo the exercise as it may lead to headache and stressed jaw. During meals eat your meals very slowly and focus on chewing it more.
Talking is a great facial exercise. Try talking more. If you do not have company try singing songs when alone.
Do not rest your palm on the cheeks. This will cause sagging of the cheeks. While applying moisturizer apply in upward and inward strokes only. This will help in shaping of the cheek bones.
Facial Yoga
There are many exercises in yoga which not just helps in losing weight from the face but they also improve the features.
Sit on a chair with your back straight. Take out your tongue outwards as much as possible. Keep eyes open. Remain in this position for 60 seconds. Repeat as per your stamina. Apart from putting stress to the cheeks this exercise is helpful in removing toxins from the eyes.
The second exercise is to raise your neck upwards. Act as if there is some food in your mouth that you are chewing by keeping mouth open. The front neck area should feel little stretched.
Make sure your back is straight. Continue the act for 15 seconds. Close the mouth and bring the neck to the natural position. Repeat 5 times.
The next exercise is done by pursing the lips while smiling. This will help to reduce fat from around the lips. Make use of every opportunity to smile and laugh.
Take a deep breathe through the nose and squeeze all features of the face. Close the eyes. Remain in this position for 30 seconds. Exhale through the nose. Jogging and skipping too help in losing weight from face.
