How to Get a Curvy Figure?
Studies reveal that women who have healthy curves appear extremely attractive to men. Instead of knocking yourself out by dieting to achieve a size-zero image, indulge in diet and exercises that will make bring out your feminine curves.
Classic Stretches
Stand straight and spread your feet shoulder length apart. Bring your arms outwards, parallel to your shoulders. Keep the feet firmly placed on the ground while you twist your upper body to right side as per your flexibility.
Count till 10. Now, come to the neutral position and twist towards left side. Repeat 10 times in beginning and increase by 5 after every 3 to 4 days. You will feel an instant stretch on the sides of the abdomen.
Stand with your back to a wall. Keep your palms open and place them near breasts such that you are stopping something coming near to you. The inside of the palm should be facing away from the body. Your feet can be a little apart. Now, twist yourself in such a way that you touch the wall behind you.
Immediately twist to the other side and touch the wall. Perform it by counting till 70. You will feel instant stretch on the entire area of your stomach and abdomen.
Stand straight. Hold your left ankle with left hand from behind such that it touches the lower buttock. Now, raise your right hand up and behind to feel the stretch in your front abdomen and breasts. Repeat with the other side.
The next exercise will reduce weight from your entire lower area. Stand straight. Bring right leg upwards and touch its ankle with your left hand. Try not to bend your upper body too much. Now, touch right ankle with left hand by bending knee and bringing it upwards. Do it a little faster and count till 70.
Eating Tips
Speed up your metabolism by eating small but more frequent meals. One great way of doing it is to decrease quantity of your 3 regular meals of the days. Add intake of fruits and vegetable salads in- between these meals.
This way you do not have to worry much about looking special diet food. Do not forget to drink plenty of water. Avoid juices and soups. They lack fiber and hence may delay metabolism.
