Weight loss can not get any simpler than this. These herbs will do everything that is required for your body to do and make you lose weight. Apart from providing weight loss they help in improving one or more of organ systems for better health. We give you herbs that will help your lose weight.

Ashwagandha is the garden herb. It may grow in your house and help your maintain good health. Early morning empty stomach takes 4 ashwagandha leaves. Break them with hands into pieces. Swallow them without chewing with lukewarm water.

Next is senna. Senna consists of anthraquinone glycosides as chief working components. One drawback is that some people get addicted to it and are unable to perform bowel functions without consuming senna. Also, you will need to take lot of water since this herb might leave you dehydrated. It is taken as weight loss tea. Sachets are available in market. It cleanses colon well and this is how it works so well.

St John’s wort is our next herb in weight list.  It is a tricky herb. It needs to be taken with some consultation. It increases chemicals of the brain and boosts the functioning. If used carelessly then you might suffer form problems of GIT, itching and fatigue. St John’s wort works in micro levels of dosage.

An ingredient called by the name of chromium picolinate can be seen in herbal weight loss remedies. It helps in maintaining optimal sugar levels of the blood. It functions bets at micro levels. If taken in high doses, it will damage chromosomes.

Green tea is fortified with Epigallocatechin gallate. It is an amazing antioxidant and does wonders to your body. To boil it down in helps in burning of extra calories. Use it as the beverage of choice instead of coffe and tea during day.

The immortality herb, Gymnostemma Pentaphyllum , increases rate of fat burning. Additionally, it improves blood pressure disorder.
