3. Do not consume any dairy or fatty products before sleeping as they may not digest properly and cause problems in the breathing passage.
4. Aromatherapy can also be a good remedy for snoring. Use marjoram oil for best results.
5. If you are a patient of severe snoring, you should think of drinking few drops of olive oil at night.
