Herbal Cure for High Blood Pressure

Tincture of valerian can be consumed in water by pouring about 10 drops in it. This remedy is especially helpful if you are facing stress-induce high blood pressure. Herbal teas improve circulation of blood so that blood pressure becomes normal. But if you may add Ju Hua in your tea, it will be further helpful in regulating the pressure.
If you do not like it with your tea then an infusion can be made of the herb. Take equal quantities of Ju Hua and hawthorn, lime flowers and yarrow. Prepare the fusion by mixing them together.
