Eliminate all unhealthy foods like junk foods fried foods etc. as these are rich source of bad trans fats and saturated fats and do not possess any nutritional value.
However, good fats like omega-3 fatty acids are a must for a healthy heart. Quit all bad habits like smoking, drinking etc. Switch from caffeine containing beverages to green tea for better health.
