Good sex is like good food. The more you have, the more you want to have. Apart from giving pleasure to the senses, there are multi-fold benefits of love-making.

According to a new study, natural pain killer are relapsed during love-making (especially after orgasm). So next time you have headache avoid a pill and have sex.

Vigorous is an excellent exercise. 30 minutes of sex may help in burning more than 85 calories. This way it gives you advantage of a good workout. So lose your extra pounds by having sex. The reason may make you an addict. Be careful.

Sex boosts immunity of the body. It has been observed that regular sex boost the immunoglobin levels inside the body. It helps in prevention against common cold and fever. It has been observed that those who had sex less than once in a week were more susceptible to fall ill than those who frequently had sex.

A good sex can help to relieve the stress. It can help your sleep better so that you wake up all fresh. The chemicals relapsed during love-making relaxes the mind and the body. It works more like a therapy.

There has been much hype about the DHEA or Dehydroepiandrosterone.  It is well know for its providing youthful properties. The chemical is released during sexual excitement. According to some research, having two orgasms in a week increases your life span. DHEA helps to repair tissues, keep skin healthy and boost the immune system.

Regular love-making has shown to keep couples together. The oxytoxin released by the pituitary gland helps in frequent intercourse between the couple and so the bonding.

According to the director of the Sex and Marital Therapy Program at Northwestern University Medival Centre, Chicago, Dr. Karen Donahey, sex boosts the levels of testosterone in the body of both the sexes. This hormone makes muscles and bones strong
