One simple alternate to carbonated beverages and loaded caffeine drinks (coffee) is herbal tea. It has become more of a trend and there are great many varieties to choose from.

Herbal teas are often chosen for their decaffeinated element. The process of decaffeinating the tea is said to remove the caffeine and thus cuts off any possibility of dependency, sleeplessness, restlessness, etc.

Teas made using herbs rosemary, lavender and ginger bring relief to headaches. In addition to this, ginger teas are very helpful in case of nausea and vomiting. The raspberry teas are helpful in strengthening teeth, bones and curing seasonal cold and cough.

Herbal teas supplements may just be the answer to all health related issues of women. Hibiscus tea calms down menstrual cramps. There are certain herbal teas preparations (using fennel seeds, ajwain seeds, etc) which help relieving abdominal pain during periods. Additionally, these teas help in increasing milk production in breasts.
