People who are suffering from high blood pressure or heart ailments are advised to drink coffee at least 3 times a day as a cure and preventive measure against heart attack. One of the components of coffee – theophylline is known to relieve pain in people suffering from asthma.

Thus, coffee has so many other benefits apart from boosting athleticism and curing headaches and stress; but only if consumed in proper quantity. So remember to consume this great beverage in proper amount and keep the major health disorders at bay!
